Yes! If you wish to remove any Add-On’s that have not already been completed, email us at orders@happierdays.com. We’ll issue a full refund for any items that have not already been completed.

Yes — we include MLS updates for price adjustments, open house scheduling, and moving the listing to Hold or Withdrawn status.
For status changes such as Active Under Contract, Pending, or Closed, you'll need to purchase our Contract to Close service.
