Here’s how we support your new home construction transactions from start to finish:

Contract & Document Submission
We ensure all contract documents are submitted to your brokerage and meet all compliance requirements.
We track deadlines and milestones
We monitor contract deadlines and key milestones to help keep your file on schedule. You can check progress anytime through our client portal.
Communication with Title
We stay in contact with title to confirm receipt of the option and earnest money, track order and delivery of survey and HOA documents (if applicable), monitor the delivery of closing documents, schedule the seller’s closing appointment, and confirm funding.
Communication with Lender
We confirm when the appraisal is ordered and delivered, monitor loan progress, check for delivery of the Closing Disclosure, and follow up on status as the file approaches Clear to Close.
Communication with Buyer’s Agent
We maintain communication to share drafted amendments, request or provide necessary documentation, ensure disclosures are delivered on time, provide updates, and help keep all parties on track through closing.
Inspection Reminder
We notify the seller of the scheduled inspection date, and remind them that utilities must be on at the time of the inspection.
Amendment Support
We assist with drafting amendments throughout the contract. If repair requests or specific requests are included, verbiage must be provided—we’ll take it from there and handle the drafting from there.

Status Updates
You and your clients receive access to our client portal that provides on-demand updates and full transparency on status updates throughout the transaction.
Calendar Reminders
We also add important dates, like walk-throughs, inspections, design center appointments, and closing to your calendar so nothing gets missed.
Disbursement Authorization
We request the DA and ensure it’s delivered to title in a timely manner.
Closing Day Logistics
We ensure your clients know what to bring and what to expect on closing day.
